Becoming the Energy You Want to Attract How to Align with Your True Essence

February 10, 20253 min read

We are constantly magnetising the energy we put out.

If you feel disconnected, ungrounded, or overwhelmed, ask yourself:

"What energy am I feeding today?"

💡 The people, opportunities, and experiences you attract are often a reflection of the vibration you’re sending out.

The Science of Energetic Alignment

🌿 1. Identify Your Energy Blocks

• Do you feel stuck or stagnant?

• Are you constantly overwhelmed or running on empty?

🌿 2. Shift Your Vibration by Changing Your Focus

• Energy follows attention—if you focus on fear, stress, and lack, that’s what you’ll attract.

• Instead, focus on gratitude, love, and faith—and watch your vibration rise.

🌿 3. Create Positive Energy Habits

• Start your day with affirmations or gratitude journaling.

• Move your body to release stagnant energy.

• Surround yourself with people who uplift and inspire you.

What energy are you bringing into the world today, and how can you elevate it?

Holding Space for Yourself

Be Your Own Mirror, Be Fully Present

By Umm Sadiq

We often talk about holding space for others—

✨ Listening without judgment.

✨ Being fully present.

✨ Allowing emotions to unfold naturally.

But how often do we do this for ourselves?

💡 How often do we sit with our own emotions, instead of distracting ourselves from them?

💡 How often do we listen to our own needs, without shutting them down or brushing them aside?

💡 How often do we create a safe space within, rather than seeking it outside of ourselves?

Becoming Your Own Mirror

Your relationship with yourself sets the foundation for everything else in your life.

If you cannot sit with yourself in silence, how can you expect to feel truly seen by others?

✨ Your thoughts need space to be heard.

✨ Your emotions need permission to exist.

✨ Your heart needs moments of stillness to understand what it truly wants.

When you avoid yourself, you create an internal disconnect.

But when you become your own mirror, you open the door to clarity, healing, and self-acceptance.

How to Hold Space for Yourself

🌿 1. Create Intentional Stillness

• Sit with yourself without distractions—no phone, no background noise, just you and your thoughts.

🌿 2. Allow Your Emotions to Speak Without Judgment

• Instead of shutting down sadness, ask: “What is this trying to tell me?”

• Instead of ignoring discomfort, ask: “What part of me needs attention right now?”

🌿 3. Practice Self-Compassion Daily

• If a friend shared the thoughts you’re having, how would you respond?

• Be gentle with yourself—you are always a work in progress.

🌿 4. Look Into Your Own Eyes

• Stand in front of the mirror. Look yourself in the eyes and say:

“I see you. I hear you. I love you.”

• At first, it may feel uncomfortable—but this is how self-acceptance begins.

Why This Matters in Inner Healing

Many of us chase external validation because we have not yet learned how to be fully present with ourselves.

💡 When you become your own mirror, you stop seeking reflections in people who cannot see you.

💡 When you hold space for your emotions, you stop waiting for others to validate them.

💡 When you honour your presence, you stop feeling invisible.

✨ Healing begins when you allow yourself to exist fully—as you are.

"When the soul lies down in that grass, the world is too full to talk about."

When you embrace your own presence, the outside world loses its grip on your peace.
